Leprosy Diagnostics

We identify suspected leprosy cases through outreach and household screening by looking for numb skin patches and nerve-related symptoms, then record findings and link individuals to the nearest qualified facility for confirmation and classification (including smear/biopsy where required). After diagnosis, we ensure timely start of WHO-recommended MDT and provide adherence support to avoid treatment gaps. We monitor patients through periodic follow-ups to detect leprosy reactions or acute neuritis early and escalate urgently when needed. In parallel, we support disability prevention through self-care guidance and protection of hands/feet, and we continue post-treatment reviews to confirm clinical closure and respond quickly if new nerve symptoms or relapse indicators emerge.

Filaria Diagnostics

We identify suspected filariasis cases through field outreach by spotting limb swelling, hydrocele, and recurrent ADLA-like fever episodes, then document findings and link them to the nearest facility for confirmation (antigen/microfilaria tests and ultrasound where needed). After diagnosis, we ensure pathway-based care—appropriate antifilarial treatment where eligible, rapid management of acute attacks, and surgical referral for hydrocele when indicated. We coach patients on simple long-term lymphoedema self-care and follow up periodically to prevent complications and support normal functioning, alongside counselling to reduce stigma and improve adherence.

HIV/AIDS Diagnostics

We provide an end-to-end, clinically guided HIV care pathway—from risk assessment and confidential counseling to diagnosis, treatment, and long-term follow-up. Testing is done using validated HIV screening assays with confirmatory diagnostics per national/WHO algorithms, along with baseline staging and co-infection evaluation. We initiate antiretroviral therapy (ART) with regimen selection based on clinical profile, comorbidities, and potential drug–drug interactions. Care includes viral load monitoring, CD4 assessment where indicated, adherence support, and early identification/management of opportunistic infections and ART-related adverse effects. We also deliver prevention services such as partner notification support, STI screening, and linkage to PrEP/PEP guidance, with strict confidentiality and continuum-of-care tracking to achieve durable viral suppression (U=U)

Spreading Awareness About Life-Threatening Diseases

Many tribal people remain unaware of deadly diseases like HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria. Your donation can help us spread critical health information and offer preventive care to stop these diseases from spreading. Through awareness campaigns and educational programs, we can empower communities to protect themselves and improve their health outcomes.

Empowering Education for Tribal Children and Adults

Education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. By donating to our educational programs, you can help us provide primary and secondary education for tribal children, giving them the skills and knowledge they need to build a better future. Adult education programs will equip parents with literacy and vocational skills, empowering them to improve their families’ livelihoods. Your support will provide books, learning materials, and teachers to guide these communities toward self-sufficiency.

Empowering Women Through Self-Employment

Women in tribal areas often face significant challenges in supporting their families. By donating to our women’s empowerment programs, you help us provide vocational training, tools, and resources for women to become self-reliant. From sewing to agriculture, we aim to give women the means to earn an income, gain confidence, and uplift their families.
